Pie-Tastic by Casey Smallwood

On September 5th at Eel Space (artist-run gallery in Chicago) a good friend and talented artist, Casey Smallwood, had an opening for her Pie-Tastic project. She works within the framework of the fairy tale ideal and Pie-Tastic fits right into those artistic goals, as one of many dream jobs Casey has created. In this piece, each person builds their own mini-pie from a variety of ingredient options, writes down their recipe and finally presents their pie to another person.
